Kody slid to a stop in her truck at the stock yards, roughly midnight at the time. She jumped out and climbed over the fencing and made way deep into the jungle of runs and pens. She dug into her pocket and pulled out a lefty and a lighter. She lit it and inhaled the sweet taste of rebellion.
She slid down to the dirt floor and sat there comfortably. Rylie would kill her if she found out that this was happening. With that thought, she took another hit and held it in for a second then released the strong aroma of the illegal toxin.
She rested her head on the fence board and stared up at the sky with a blank mind. She stretched her legs out and got rather comfortable. The world was in a haze and she felt like she just got knocked out and this was just a dream. Thank God nobody comes here at these hours - except her.

Emma Johnson made her way into the stockyards as quiet as a mouse. She was on duty, ready for some action tonight. Green eyes looked around the many corners of the area, wondering and waiting. Even though she was a small girl,Emma could destroy just about anything in her path. The many beatings she got from her father made her stronger. As did the training back at the academy.
She inhaled deeply, letting a toxic smell register with her. Em shook her head, knwoing it was some stupid kid smoking illegal things. She chuckled to herself ass sne made her way to a truck and a lone girl. "Well, well what have we here?" she said as she stepped closer.
ooc;don't worry emma won't be too harsh in her. [/blockquote][/color]

GRACIE CONNORYoung girl of sixteen was looking for some quiet time with some tame animals. Having left her home while she was still considered a runaway, which happened to be a tent at the moment, she brought along with her her pack and money, just in case she got into some kind of trouble. She had dumped water from the stream on her fire, had began the hour-long hike in darkness to the small town she got all her supplies from. She was too faraway from home to be reconized, more than one-hundred miles. Jumping on and off trains for a month had helped with that. She was expected to be around her hometown, but the police had given up after a month of looking for her, pronouncing her dead. But there she stood, alive, happy and healthy. Taking in a deep breath, she now knew the plains like the back of her hand. She followed a narrow trail made by deer to the outskirts of the town, seeing headlights roaming through the town, she checked her watch. midnight. Perfect time for some peace and quiet. Horses and dogs would be too loud, and barns would announce her presence, while the quite cattle would lick at her face and hands, and the bulls there were suprisingly sweet. She didn't want to be seen, being seen would just end in tragidy for herself, especially at this hour. She had already been asked who her parents were this past week, and she had replied that she was a tourist just passing through the town. She walked into the stockyards, seeng the truck she didn't mind, it was usual. Cowboys were always leaving their trucks there. She walked to the fence and clambered over it, swaying her hips with each step taken. Angelic face was then highlighted by headlights and she ducked on all fours behind a perfectly placed water trough. Peering through the wooden slats of the fence, she reconised the car-who wouldn't? Cop car. Trouble. She stayed rooted to the spot, hidden from sight. Thank goodness for the lack of light. Checking her watch again, she noticed it had taken her no more than five minutes to make her way across the parking lot of the yard. Then, a strange smell she remembered from her days in school filled her nostrils when the wind changed course. Marijuana, and someone was smoking it. Definatly wasn't the cop, there wasn't a glowing stick hanging out of its (she was too faraway, and it was much too dark to see whether the cop was male or female) mouth, and there was no one else in sight. Then a voice. "Well, well what have we here?" " Shit!" Gracie exclaimed in a rather loud whisper, but with the wind blowing towards herself, and away from the cop, she would go unheard. The wind was her friend tonight it seemed.

Kody turned as she held the stick between pursed lips. She sighed and plopped her head back on the fence board and grabbed the joint, and put it out in the dirt then buried it in an army ant hole. She enjoyed her last bit of polution and slowly exhaled what she had took in. She then crossed her arms and watched the cop approach her slowly, seeming to sway in an uncontrollable force. She could only think, just my goddamned luck. With a slow blink, she rubbed her eyes and returned her arms to the folded position.
Hello Officer.
She yawned sincerely, watching the officer stand before her. She turned and saw a figure far off, or she thought. This was good stuff, i mean, she was now seeing shit too. Great. She turned back and looked upward at the woman before her. Kody was in deep dirt, deeper than deep. Rylie couldn't know. Rylie wouldnt help her out of jail, Rylie would kick her out. Oh well.
