This ranch is mainly for horses. The land is about 30 aches. Two barns one for the stallions, geldings and colts. Another barn for mares and fillies. Mainly this land was passed through the Smithson family for years. The land is covered in lush grass for the horses and enough trails to lead anywhere in town. Most of the land is a home to where some half wild horses. The ranch doesn't harm them in any way.
