you can either get a home or a ranch,
be sure to be specific with details, and you make your own ranch..
the ones you've seen are owned.

Alrighty, it will be a ranch, roughly 175 acres, one twenty-stall barn, covered arena, two roundpens (one 60' and one 40') eight outdoor pens fenced off with galvanized piping, and four pastures (two - twenty acre, one - ten acre, one - five acre). Ranch house with three bedrooms, one room turned into an office, two full bathrooms, wrap-around porch and a fenced off half-acre back yard. Back deck comes complete with jacuzzi.

alrighty, i'm gonna start asking - is there public boarding? or anything you offer... training or anything. i figured i could add that to the ranch sub-boards now. oh, and of course a name when you get to that point lol
