It's a three bedroom, two and a half bath Craftmans Style home, with top-of-the-line appliances and accesories. In the large 100-acre back yard, there are two barns, each with a tack room, two bathing stalls, fifteen 14x 14 box stalls, all of which have 20 x 10 runs. There is a large 100 x 100 indoor arena, and an outdoor arena, about the smae size. A covered roundpen is just off of the second barn, and large, 1-acre grazing pastures are just down the path. All fences are six-feet high, too high for wild horses to jump over and steal horses.

This ranch is mainly for horses. The land is about 30 aches. Two barns one for the stallions, geldings and colts. Another barn for mares and fillies. Mainly this land was passed through the Smithson family for years. The land is covered in lush grass for the horses and enough trails to lead anywhere in town. Most of the land is a home to where some half wild horses. The ranch doesn't harm them in any way.

Settled on 175 acres, there is one twenty-stall barn for public boarding and owner overflow, covered arena, two roundpens (one 60' and one 40') eight outdoor pens fenced off with galvanized piping, and four pastures (two - twenty acre, one - ten acre, one - five acre). An equine hydrotherapy pool is offset to the larger barn. There is a smaller six-stall barn near the ranch house which boasts three bedrooms, one room turned into an office, two full bathrooms, wrap-around porch and a fenced off half-acre back yard. Back deck comes complete with jacuzzi.

A sprawling 75-acre plot of land complete with an old-style, 4-bedroom, 2-1/2-bath ranch house. A wide veranda wraps around the entire house. A 40-horse barn consists of 2 aisles of stalls, one on each side of the indoor ring accessible through 4 sliding doors at the ends of the aisles. An outdoor riding ring and round pen sit off to one side of the pasturage, which takes up the rest of the ranch's acreage.

An elite racing facility set on 35 acres, Lynch Fields is complete with a mile and sixteenth dirt track, full break-away box-set, twelve-stall barn and several individual paddocks for turn-out. The house is modest, boasting a three bedroom, two bath layout and a small backyard.

A pretty little ranch that's quite frankly in the middle of no where. a beaten old track winds its way up to the gates of the 50 acre ranch. a rather modern farm house sits quietly just off the track running through the farm that leads out to the back pastures. just across from its modern beams and huge windows are two brand new horse barns, both holding up to 25 horses each. these are open to the public, though sadly not for free. between them lies a worn out outhouse, converted into the perfect tack room, with the store room sitting happily next to it. there's plenty of room to turn out the horses and a few schooling arenas too. pretty idyllic. that is until the parties get started...

Named for the stream running through the twenty or so five acre grazing pastures, Bluebrook Stables specializes in selling quality horses for less, with the option of boarding as well. There are five barns of thirty box stalls, and two sets of fifteen pipe-pens used for the flighty horses who don't like to be indoors. With four sand arenas, the premiere facility's fees run high, but what you see is what you get!
With miles of trails, you may also trailer your horses and ponies in for a day at the stables, but only if you pay the fee of thirty dollars a vehicle. Pastures are fenced with horse-safe white vinyl fencing, which proves it's durability when run into. There are seven wash stalls, one in each barn and three side-by-side a little past the indoor arena's main entrance.

RQR specializes in breeding and training the top western horses. From reining, to sliding, barrel racing, to roping, they do it all. They take in wild horses, and don't believe in breaking them, but taming them. Set on 200 scenic acres, with three 15 horse barns, each joined with a nice sized paddock full of grass. Brood mare pasture set on three acres, and a retired pasture set on six acres. Six other pastures for turn out , three on one acre, and three on half an acre. There is a barn with six stalls off to the side incase there is a need of isolation. There are three outdoor arenas, one is strictly for barrle racing, the other two are for all purposes. One indoor arena, walls all the way around and a covered walkway leading from the barn to the arena. All equipment is along the left wall. All walls are covered by mirrors so you can watch your posture when riding.

a small, yet cute, ranch house sits at the top of a small hill, a few out houses and sheds dotted around it. these currently house a few ferrets and other small creatures. down a path you come to a small yard of ten stables, three sides making a courtyard where riders tack up and groom their horses. six of these stables are open for public boarding, a tack room available and feed room. there are paddocks and fields behind that, backing onto the plains of the wild horses. though it's rare to see one close to the fences. this ranch is the closest to the town and a popular place to board, a large arena is outside and a smaller one under covers. jumps available.

There are two tack rooms which are both fairly large with plenty of space. The feed room is a little larger than both of the tack rooms fitted together with every kind of feed imaginable. The stalls are all fairly large, all of them 10x10 feet, plenty of room for the horses to be comfortable and plenty of room for each stall to serve as a foaling stall. The main drive is connected to the front of the stables. There are two riding rings,a inside and a outside. The pastures here are green and lush,trees are set behind rolling hills. Here there are plenty of trails also.

SMR is a place of peace and natural bonds with the Earth, eachother and the animals. It is a haven for anything and anyone, being a forever home for many creatures that would otherwise rot in tight paddock or cage. Here the pack of dogs on the property have free reign, no fences, no leashes - pure freedom. It's an isolated piece of property stretching for more than 80 acres of meadows and hills, the occasional stream or patch of forest. Most of the horses are out to graze in a fenceless stretch almost endlessly across the property, being guarded and watched by others on horseback (yes, like the old west) or the dogs. The animals here are free to roam anywhere within the property, the only fences being the huge perimeter fence keeping trespassers and most threatning predators out. This is a unique place, having all around peace and happiness at the top of the list.

SS is a beautiful farm, which is located on a 40 acre piece of land, with two barns, one located at the front, at the end of the driveway at the top of the hill, and one located behind the two story house, which can be seen resting beside the first barn. The first barn stores the horses, and can accomidate several boarders, as well as Vannessa's horses, It has 10 main stalls, 3 wash stall, and 2 foaling stalls. There is a spacious tack-room, a feed room, and a warmroom.
The second barn stores the hay and the other farm equipment.
There are 6 large paddocks, which are plentiful in lucious, green grass. There is a small stream that runs the long of the acreage, which runs through the far end of all of the paddocks.
The house is large and beautiful, and is full of pictures of her horses, and classic, country-home styled decorations.
It has two floors, and is warm and cozy inside. The deep, chocolate brown hardwood floors contrast beautifully with the sky blue walls and creamy white trim.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, living space, dining space and a nice balcony on the second floor a and deck out front.
