Orry parked the truck into a parking space before getting out and locking it. She shoved the keys into the pockets of her jeans and began walking towards the barn. Today she had one goal and one only: to ride. Her beautiful Arabian mare was standing in her stall waiting patiently for her to come. Orry smiled at the thought of her beautiful, bay mare. She quickened the pace and soon entered the barn. She went straight to the tack room and grabbed the tack and her grooming supplies. She exited the room and went down the aisle, stopping at a certain stall. Inside the stall stood a bay mare quietly eating the hay from the hay sack in the corner. Orry smiled and let herself into the stall. Buffy or Sonny's Precious Cash lifted her head from the sack and nickered. She moved over to stand next to her owner. Orry smiled and petted the mare. Then she gave the mare a once over before tacking her up. Now tacked up Orry led the horse out into the aisle and outside so she could mount.
Once mounted Orry slipped her feet into the stirrups of her western saddle and nudged the mare's side to get her moving. Buffy did so and began walking in the direction hinted. Orry nudged her sides again and they were soon trotting down a forest trail. They spent the next five minutes in contented silence as they trotted down the well worn path through the dense forest. Orry couldn't help but smile and look around. The place was beautiful. The birds were singing and flowers were blooming. She then looked straight ahead and saw a shallow creek that they needed to cross. Uh - oh. Orry said aloud. they would make it. The couple neared the water and Buffy instantly tensed. She stopped just an inch away from the water. Orry spent the next ten minutes trying to get her to cross. But on the fifth time something happened. It all went horribly wrong. Buffy reared and landed on all fours to begin bucking. A scream rang through the forest as Orry flew off of Buffy's back and landed into the water.
She got knocked on the head and instantly went unconscious. Buffy quickly calmed down and saw her owner in the water. She nickered and stomped her hooves, trying to get her attention. But Orry didn't move. Buffy whinnied and spun on her heels. She galloped down the trail toward the ranch like a mad man. She skidded to a stop in front of the barns and reared. Hoping someone would come along.

Logan had just finished saddling his thoroughbred stallion, Big Red Bull. He spotted the mare. He lead his stallion over. He was now concerned. He quickly jumped into the western saddle he had placed on him. He looked to the mare seeing that no one was in the saddle. He patted Red's neck. Take me to your rider. I can help her he said.
Big Red Bull was a nice bay colored thoroughbred. Born to run like a rocket but knows everything. He would keep up with the mare easily. He would listen to every command given to him.

Buffy instantly spotted a man with a horse. She whinnied and pranced in place as he moved closer and pulled himself into the saddle. He began speaking. Buffy bobbed her head up and down before turning on her heel and galloping down the path. She kept her ears perked forward, listening for any sounds. She could hear the stallion behind her sos he continued to gallop toward the creek. Once the creek came into sight Buffy halted just a couple of inches from the water's edge. She nickered to the woman laying in the water. Buffy looked back at the man and horse before looking at her owner again.
Orry's eye lids fluttered open. She squinted until her eyes adjusted and she could sort of tell where she was. She saw trees, leaves, branches. She was cold. Why was she cold? Orry slowly moved an arm and noticed that she was wet too. She tried lifting her head but it only resulted in a lot of pain. She put a hand to her head and moaned before laying her head back down. But in between the surges of pain she caught glimpse of water. She was in a creek. Then it all came flooding back to her. She was on a trail with Buffy. She knew Buffy was scared to cross water but she wanted to try and get her to. Buffy reared and bucked, surprising Orry and knocking her off. Now she was cold, wet and in pain.

Logan quickly got Red to stop. He dismounted quickly. He got into the creek. He didn't care that he was getting wet. He knelt down and looked at her. Are you alright? I could help you get back to the ranch. It will be easier to get you some help if you need it he said. He glanced to his horse. Big Red Bull was standing still for once. His head not lowering to chew on grass but he was standing watching everything happening. ((be right back have to find my muse juice))

Orry heard more foot steps. There was another horse? She slowly turned her head despite the pain and saw a big stallion. She watched as the man dismounted and got into the creek. He drew closer and stopped to kneel beside her. She looked up at him into his face. He asked if she was alright, if she needed help. Orry was certain about one thing: she wasn't ok. Pain was not ok, not to her. She began to shake her head 'no' when pain washed over her. She winced and stopped shaking her head. No, my head hurts. Yes, help would be wonderful. She said.
Buffy looked over at the stallion and snorted. But her attention was soon brought to the creek as the man walked into it and knelt next to her owner. She lifted her head and pricked her ears forward, trying to hear everything. Her body was tense, scared that she had hurt her owner badly. But every muscle in her body began to relax when she heard the soft sound of her owners voice carrying on the soft breeze. She nickered and hoped to get Orry's attention. Orry did hear her and she smiled. I'm ok Buffy, relax. She said.
OOC: Ok =]

OOC: I Found My Muse Juice! My Cat Had Taken It! Logan smiled slightly. He carefully without trying to hurt her anymore, picked her up. I bet all you really need is some Tylenol to help with you head. But, going to see a doctor might be a better idea he said. He wouldn't move anymore unless she was okay with him carrying her out of the creek.
Big Red Bull snorted and pawed the ground. He glanced to the mare and grunted. He raised his head to watch his owner more. He could hear everything being said very easily.

Orry let out a soft grunt when he picked her up. It didn't hurt her anymore than she already was. But she could tell that not only would her head hurt for a little while but her back would be one big, massive bruise in the morning. She could hardly wait. Then he spoke. She smiled when he said that she probably just needed Tylenol. Probably. But going to the hospital is much safer. She said, agreeing with him. She lightly wrapped her arms around his neck to help secure her position in his arms. She did not want to fall into the creek a second time today. But telling by how strong his arms were she knew that he wouldn't drop her.
Buffy nickered and moved closer to the creek when she watched the man pick her owner up. She perked her ears forward and stretched her neck out, trying to reach Orry. Orry smiled and reached out to softly touch her mare's muzzle. She could tell that her mare was really sorry for hurting her. It was an accident and it really was Orry's fault. She had wanted to try and see if she could get Buffy to cross the creek.
OOC: lol xD

Logan smiled. He walked out of the creek. He still held her in his arms though. If he had to he'd put her on her horse and walk his back to keep an eye on her. Do you think you can ride back or do you think you'd feel better on my horse? he asked. He hoped she'd be okay to ride back if not he'd help her onto Red and then mount himself.
Big Red Bull snorted and watched. He'd lay down if he had to. He was willing to do anything. He looked over and lowered his head a little bit.

Orry frowned when he asked her if she could ride back on her horse. She really didn't think so. She was too dizzy. I think I should ride with you, if that's ok. I'm too dizzy to sit still on a moving animal. She said. The man soon walked out of the creek and Buffy came up. She snorted and stood close to the couple. Watching her owner. She didn't want the man to drop her. Orry looked over at Buffy and smiled.
She reached a hand out again and patted her muzzle. Her mare was so sweet. She hadn't meant to hurt her. It was all an accident that would soon be forgotten. Hopefully. Orry pulled her hand away from her mare and wrapped back around the man's neck again. That was when she realized that he was doing all of this for her and she didn't even know his name. And he didn't know hers. I'm Orry by the way, in case you wanted to know who you were helping. She said with a sheepish smile.

Logan heard what her name was. Big Red Bull easily laid down. But, not on his side. My name is Logan. My horse looks like he's waiting for me to put you on him he said. Big Red Bull snorted and looked to them again. Logan wasn't about to set her on her feet just yet. He was still concerned.

Orry smiled softly when he gave her his name. Logan. That was nice name. She knew someone named Logan once. A good friend from back home. They used to ride horses together with her other friends. Thank you Logan. She said. Then he told her that it looked like his horse was ready for her to get on. She looked over at the big stallion and saw him laying on the ground on his stomach. Orry chuckled and waited for him to sit her down on the horse. Buffy moved over by Red and stood in front of him, waiting for his and her owner to mount. When they did she would follow alongside them.

Logan carefully set her down on Red's back. He got on behind her. He took a hold of the reins in one hand. He'd use the other if her had to, to keep her on the horse. Big Red Bull slowly stood up. He snorted and waited for a command. Logan gave him a nudge to make him walk. I hope you didn't hurt your head too badly. That wouldn't be good at all said Logan.

Orry grabbed onto the saddle horn once Logan sat her gently down in the saddle. She waited as he got on behind her and the horse started to stand up. She could tell that he was trying his best to do it slowly. She smiled softly at the horse's efforts. Soon he was standing up and she was getting dizzy. Orry closed her eyes shut and leaned against Logan's chest as the horse began moving. She didn't want to watch the ground or the trees as they walked past them. It would just make her even more dizzy than before. Buffy watched as the man set her owner down on the stallion. He got on too and the horse slowly stood up. She let out a snort and began following alongside as they started walking in the direction of the ranch.
OOC: Sorry for the wait, I was posting on another site. =]

Logan easily put his free arm around her. He kept control over the stallion with his other hand. He hoped that they would get to the ranch soon. Big Red Bull snorted and stayed at the steady walk. He was concerned. He had near had two people on his back before. He grunted and tossed his head slightly. OOC: I'm out of muse juice!!!

Orry kept her eyes squeezed shut. Her head was starting to hurt even more as she was slightly swayed by the horses gait. This was so unfair. Why did she have to fall of her horse today? What about tomorrow? How come it had to be out on a trail in a creek? Why not in a round pen? The closest one to the barns for instance. But of course not. It had to be five minutes away in a creek on a forest trail. Oh lucky day. Orry let out a soft whimper as the pain racked her head. This wasn't good. Her head shouldn't be hurting this much. Should it? She didn't think so. Are we almost there Logan? Orry asked quietly. She didn't want to speak too loud in case it caused her more pain.
OOC: Uh oh!
