Alex smiled and slid his arms around her. "Well I guess maybe we might just get a little better if we help eachother out" he said. He felt good at the moment for some reason. But, something about the way he was feeling made him think about the girl he had been speaking to on the internet about his dog. |

She shivered slightly as the warmth of him made contact with her."Maybe,just maybe. I'm sorry if at all I step on your feet by the way,I'm a bit of a clutz." she said. Yes,she really believed they had talked before. Dog,yellow Lab. It made sense,they had spoke before. "You have a Lab,don't you?" she asked softly.
She was a bit shy at the moment,unsure of what to say. Her feet moved with the music playing. She had not felt this good in a long time.

Alex heard her question after the first part. He thought for a minute about Lenny. "Yes, I have a lab. He's at home sleeping right now" he said. He smiled and moved to the music with her. He was feeling more than just good now. He was feeling very very good. He couldn't help feeling this good. He hoped that Lenny was alright. |

She laughed just a bit. "Leaf chaser?" she asked with a smile. Emma thought back to the man she spoke with on the internet,he has a Lab who chased leaves who she said she woulkd help,maybe this was the same person. She tossed her head,sending her curls rippling. She licked her lips and looked into his eyes once more,"Your not that bad of a dancer." she said. Her eyes sparkled as the many lights hit them.
She was enjoying dancing with Alex. He made me feel actually welcome and wanted,even though they had just met. She liked this feeling.

Alex thought about poor Lenny. "Yes, he's a leaf chaser" he said. He heard her say that he wasn't that bad of a dancer. He thought she was actually pretty good. "Your not to bad yourself at dancing" he said. He felt really good. He didn't even mind that they had just met. But, he felt really good being right there with her. |

She smirked "I believe I'm your answer to all your dogs problems" she said with a smile. She tightned her arms slightly around his neck,her eyes never left his,this felt right. Even though they had just met,this felt very right. She blushed at his comment about her dancing,"Thanks." she said.
Someone changed the song to a slow one. Emma slowed to the beat,she pressed herself a little bit into Alex. There was only a few other dancers out on the floor with them,couples in love. Only once had Emma been in love,it was a on and off thing for a year. Kenny,he was her first love,her last love. After he had ran off with who he thought was he best friend,Emma never let anyone got close to her again. She promised herself though when she started a new life in Indian Valley it all woukld change. In time.

Alex smiled. "Let me guess your screen name is xliketoridex, right?" he asked. He smiled and his arms tightened around her a bit. He slowed his movements down hearing that the song was now a slow one. He didn't care if they had just met he was liking this. He liked the warmth he felt in the room around him now. He was hoping that this time he'd have better luck after his last girlfriend ran off with his cousin. |

"Why,yes. It is." she said with a smile.She was not even going to bother with saying who she knew he was now,there was no need. Emma could not get over the fact of how handsome Alex was,he looked like a angel. He was far more stunning than any man she had ever laid eyes on. She closed her eyes and lowered her head as she felt his arms tighten around her small frame,he was warm.

Alex smiled and loosened his arms a bit. "This is the most fun I've ever had in my whole life" he said. He smiled softly now. His mind not leaving the fact that he finally found out that he knew her from the internet. He thought maybe now that he kind of knew her a bit better that he could maybe get Lenny to listen to her better. |

"I know the feealing." Emma had not gone out and had fun in years,not since evrything had fell apart. She smiled at Alex,stil she could not get over him. It seemed like he was a real sweetheart. She closed her eyes,she wondered how their lessons would go. She hoped she would see him often,become friends and such.

Alex smiled and started to think about his poor dog. He loved the dog but needed alot of help with him. He looked to her and sort of started to think maybe this was his chance to get himself a friend or something. He knew Lenny could use some human friends as well as dog friends. "I'm glad I came to this place tonight. I finally know the mystery woman I have to meet with my dog tomorrow" he said. |

It was Sex On Fire by Kings of Leon,one of Emma's favorite songs. She smiled and sang the words in her head. She sighed softly,thinking of all that would come of tomorrow. Alex smiled. He liked the new song that was on now. He had choose a few upbeat songs so he knew this might be one of them. He looked to her. He couldn't kept his compliments in anymore. "By the way, you look gorgeous in that dress of yours" he said. He wasn't trying to use pick up lines. He wouldn't dare do that. |

Alex smiled. He had meant what he had said. "I mean it but I have a feeling that you'd be gorgeous in just about anything" he said. He wasn't trying to be a bad guy. He was being nice. He loved to compliment anyone he could. He knew that Lenny might just learn some obedience faster if he had gotten the dog treats instead of a tightening chain for a collar. |
