Buffy parked her truck in her driveway. She shut it off and got out. She grabbed her purse and locked the truck. She went into her house. She set her purse down and removed her boots. She ran upstairs to change. She got into her white t-shirt and blue jeans. She put her long blonde hair up in a ponytail. She looked in the mirror at herself. She smiled. She looked to see her dog Romeo watching her. Romeo was laying on her bed. He was panting and wagging his tail. Going back down stairs with him on her heels she went straight back outside. Romeo right behind her. The little dog ran around and rolled over. Buffy laughed watching her dog. She looked to the road leading to her house and hoped that Pheonix would be there soon. |

Phoenix drove along the road half tempted to speed but if he got picked up then he would be even later so he stayed at the limit. But everyone who waits patiently gets what they want eventually. He turned off the main road and headed along the road towards Buffy's house. He started to feel a strange jittery feeling, he just wanted to leap out of the car and run up to Buffy and kiss her. He started to wonder how he would last the night away from her..... Phoenix parked his car next to Buffy's truck. He turned it off and got out. He walked up to the house and knocked on the door, knowing Buffy was probably sitting there waiting for him.

Buffy got up from the couch. Romeo ran back upstairs to go get some sleep. She went to the door and opened it. She smiled happily. Hey, it's a good thing you found my house. I would have gone looking for you she said. She backed up into the house. She was waiting for him to enter the house. She could hear her dog upstairs barking.

A huge smile came onto Phoenix's face when Buffy opened the door. "But then we both would have gotten lost" Phoenix chuckled lightly. He walked into the house when Buffy moved out of the way to let him in. The sound of a dog barking travelled down the stairs. Phoenix liked dogs, he grew up with a black lab named Kais. After Kais died he didn't get another dog but he still likes them. In fact maybe it was about time he got a dog again. Phoenix inspected what he could of the house from where he was standing. "Nice house" He said turning around and looking at Buffy.

Buffy smiled and shut the door. Thanks, wanna meet my dog she said. She was just about ready to call the dog down stairs anyway to feed him. Romeo barked still. He was getting hungry. Buffy smiled and looked at him. She hoped he wouldn't say no to meeting her little white austrailian shepherd. She was happy that he was here finally.
