The trailer rolled to a stop just outside a small pen at the auction,a dark haired man stepped out of the car and walked quickly over to a door at the side of the trailer, after pulling it open and lowering it flat on the dusty earth he stepped inside,the horse inside was clearly not happy and dragged the man out with her and waited for him to lead her to the pen,She stood tall with a well groomed dark bay coat with not a speck of white on it,her strides were long and graceful she held her head up high looking around her almost confused but irritated that it was another boring round pen.
The man unclipped the leadrope and let her into the pen he was glad to be rid of her and no one seemed to want to buy her,if he didnt sell her at this one she would be shoved in a field untill he got round to trying to sell her again, he wandered back to the car and sat against the trailer door watching the bay mare explore her pen and surroundings,he watched her stop in front of the fence and look at it with a cheeky glint in her eye as if she was planning to jump it,"dont you dare tia." he called to the mare who looked at him as if to say 'who me?'.
