Dancing Memory and Lucky
Locked in a pen with her young colt Dancing Memory snorted. She was waiting for someone to buy her and her colt. Not knowing about anything but racing she snorted. Lucky did his little foal whinny. He looked to his dam and started to nurse from her. He was hungry and tired. Knowing he never knew who his sire was. They waited together to be sold to someone. Hoping not to be sold to someone who wanted to hurt them. A perfect straight scar was on the mare's shoulder. The colt had no scars. The scar was from a whip that smached her to run faster in a race. But now she hoped not to be hurt like she was again.
